4. Certification and Completion

Certificates issued by WorkSkills.org.uk are:

• Non-transferable and issued to the named individual only
• May have expiration dates as specified in the course materials

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms:

• All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before accessing premium content
• Certificate generation fees are non-refundable once processed
• Course refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy

All content on WorkSkills.org.uk, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of WorkSkills.org.uk and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
